The Matthew Agency holds open model calls on the 1st Wednesday of every month.

Any potential model ages 14 and older may attend.


Models MUST arrive at one of the following times:


10:00am

2:00pm

5:30pm


No exceptions.  Models arriving at any other time or late will be turned away.

Bring a portfolio of images if you have one (not required).

All models should wear body conscious clothing.

Women wear or bring heels.


Models will go through quick preliminary stage, where a majority of attendees may be released from the audition.  Those asked to stay will continue through the audition process.  Potential models should plan approximately 1 hour of time.

  1. Q. How do I become a model with the Matthew Agency?

  2. A. Simply attend one of the open walk-in casting days mentioned above. We DO NOT accept email submissions, facebook submissions, or phone call submissions for models at this time. 


  1. Q. What do I need to bring to an open walk-in casting?

  2. A. If you have a portfolio of CURRENT PROFESSIONAL images or a current resume, please bring those with you! Women should bring heels for walking. If you do not have a portfolio, don’t worry! 


  1. Q. How old do I have to be to model with The Matthew Agency?

  2. A. The open walk-in casting calls are for models ages 15 and older, up to any age.  For information on Matthew Kids casting please click the link provided above. 


  1. Q. Are there any height, size, or type requirements to model with the Matthew Agency?

  2. A. We represent models in a variety of sizes, heights and types.  There are no pre-set requirements.  We will evaluate each model on an individual basis to determine what they can bring to the agency roster.  


  1. Q. Is there a fee to join the Matthew Agency?

  2. A. No.  There is no fee to sign with the Matthew Agency. 


  1. Q. What can I expect at the walk-in casting?

  2. A. All models will go through a preliminary stage where a majority of attendees will be released from the audition.  Models asked to say will fill out a form, giving current measurements and information on any recent experience as a model.  You will be interviewed by one of the casting directors for the agency, and asked to walk.  You will have your picture taken.  Finally you be given an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the agency.  It is a short, simple, painless process.  (Men who express interest in forms of modeling involving their physique will be asked to remove their shirt).


  1. Q. How should I dress for the walk-in casting?

  2. A. We suggest you wear something that flatters you, but don’t worry about getting too dressed up.  We want to meet the real you!  We suggest that women wear clothes that show their physique.  Women should keep hair and make-up light and natural.  Men who express interest in forms of modeling involving their physique will be asked to remove their shirt, so a t-shirt is fine. 


  1. Q. Do I need to bring a parent? 

  2. A. We ask all potential models under the age of 18 to please bring a parent or guardian with you.
